DESCRIPTION:Join us for the third annual Rotarians in the Rough!\n\n \n\nTh
is Downtown Rotary-sponsored event is a fundraiser for a different local n
onprofit organization each year. The golf outing will be a four-person\, b
est-shot tournament with dinner provided following play. The Rotary Club o
f Cedar Rapids (Downtown Rotary) is proud to support area organizations th
at are doing incredible work.\n \nThis year&rsquo\;s benefiting nonprofit
is YPN! Proceeds from the event will be used to support overall program c
osts including food\, transportation\, and program supplies for YPN'\;s
2025-26 Building Bright Futures (BBF) program. The BBF weekly parent edu
cation program is core to YPN&rsquo\;s mission and primarily serves first-
time parents ages 13-27\, in addition to parents outside of this age range
in order to respond to community needs. Participants meet at Kirkwood Com
munity College and are offered classes in English\, Spanish\, Pashto\, Dar
i\, French and Swahili 40 weeks per year. Approximately 100-120 parents a
nd children attend weekly. Transportation\, meals\, and childcare are prov
ided free of charge. \n\n \n\nParticipants are also welcome to bring a pac
k of diapers with them the day-of the event to donate to YPN'\;s diaper
drive for those in need.\n\n \n\nRegistration for a foursome team is avai
