Each week, President Michelle is highlighting our committees and all the great work they do.
This week the spotlight is on our Service & Social Committee, chaired by our Co-Executive Director, Brooke Fitzgerald! Brooke and her committee are the brains and action behind our yearly fundraising events, as well as various service and social opportunities throughout the year. Brooke has made it a point to provide plenty of volunteer opportunities for us to be able to give back to our community and local nonprofits in more ways than one. This committee also does the heavy lift of our signature fundraising event, the Rotarians in the Rough golf outing started back in 2022 thanks to our previous committee chair, Susan Koch. You’ll see more information about this event that will be held in June later this year. A huge thank you goes out to Brooke and each of you that are members on this committee! You help push our mission forward each year through Service Above Self.
